As independent Shipbrokers we act as intermediaries between Ship Owners and Charterers, facilitating the chartering of ships for the transportation of Dry & Liquid cargoes.
Main Stages of Shipbrokerage performance:
1. Chartering Inquiry: A Charterer contacts us to inquire about available ships for cargo transportation.
2. Ship Selection: We search for suitable vessels based on the charterer’s requirements, such as cargo type, quantity, ports and dates.
3. Shipowner Identification: We identify potential Ship Owners with available ships that match the charterer’s needs.
4. Negotiation: We negotiate with the Ship Owner to secure the best possible terms, including freight rates, laytime, and other variables.
5. Charter Party Agreement: Once terms are agreed upon, we facilitate the signing of a charter party agreement between the Ship Owner and the Charterer.
6. Voyage Execution: We monitor the voyage, ensuring that all parties fulfill their obligations.
7. Post-Voyage: We handle any disputes or issues that may arise after the voyage.
